I make the
complex
approachable.

With 7+ years in design and a focus on discovery and product strategy, I bridge research, strategy, and execution — working across stakeholder groups to untangle messy processes, build shared understanding, and drive collaborative problem solving. My focus is always on delivering high-value products to users, through a fast, iterative process that surfaces the right insights early and keeps teams aligned through delivery.

Personify Health
Senior UX Designer
Aug 2022 – Present
Promoted 2024

At Personify Health, a B2B2C health and wellbeing platform, I work at the intersection of product strategy, discovery, and end-to-end experience design — representing UX across cross-functional teams and helping shape product direction from early research through delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership

In my current role, I determine product decisions, proactively involve the right stakeholders, manage timelines, and mentor fellow UX designers. I've become an internal SME for my product areas and now facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external design partners — maintaining continuity and alignment during a period of significant organizational change.

Taylor Workshop
UX Design & Research
2019 – 2021

TW was my first role out of school, embedded in a multidisciplinary architectural design studio. I led research, prototyping, and design across spatial experience projects, and became a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator — a structured method for cross-functional problem solving I continue to draw on. As the studio navigated COVID, I expanded into lead design, brand, marketing, and project management responsibilities.

Before UX, I studied Industrial Design at Georgia Tech — where I learned to ground every design decision in human behavior, research, and iterative making. The skills I use daily in UX were built here: user interviews, affinity mapping, personas, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
